How do I book a taxi?
Use the booking form on this site, call 0800 788 294 or 03 450 3000, or book through the YourRide NZ app.
Are you available 24 hours?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I arrange an airport pickup?
Select "Airport pickup" in the booking form and add your flight number and flight type so we know when you land.
How many passengers can you take?
Our taxi vans carry up to 11 passengers. Van availability isn’t guaranteed at peak times, so book ahead for groups.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible taxis?
Yes. We run Total Mobility vehicles. Mention it in the special instructions or tell dispatch when you call.
What payment methods do you accept?
EFTPOS, credit cards and TaxiCharge are accepted in all vehicles.
Can I request a female driver?
Yes. Ask when you book and we’ll do our best to arrange one.
Does pre-booking guarantee my pickup time?
We do everything we can to be on time, but pre-booking does not guarantee the taxi arrival time during peak demand.
